Photos of a home can show personal belongings. We ask clients to have sellers put away personal items, such as family photos, documents, and valuables, before the session.

Property photos and personal belongings
- Contact information. Your name, email address, phone number, brokerage or company name, and anything you write in a message sent through our contact form.
- Booking information. The property address, appointment date and time, services selected, and access details such as lockbox or gate codes, submitted through our scheduling tool, Calendly.
- Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We receive confirmation of payment and limited billing details. We do not store full card numbers.
- Property media. Photos, video, floor plans, and other media we create at a property.
- Website usage information. IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and the site that referred you, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
